Description：
MT9101 produced by BCD technology with both high performance and high reliability. Operation voltage from 3.0V to 5.5V. When no magnetic field is present, the analog output drives ½ of VCC. The output changes linearly with the applied magnetic flux density. Temperature compensation circuitry provide good & stable performance from -40℃ to 150 ℃.
