Magnetron MT9512 series products are a monolithic integrated programmable Hall effect linear sensor chip. Can be used for accurate current or position detection in a wide range of applications.


Each MT9512 consists of a high-sensitivity Hall element, a low-noise small-signal high-gain amplifier, a clamp and overcurrent protection output stage, and a high-bandwidth dynamic compensation technology.


The MT9512 outputs an analog voltage signal proportional to the applied magnetic flux density. Customers can configure the sensitivity and static (zero field) output voltage by programming on the output pins to optimize the performance of the end application. The chip integrates a high-precision interest-bearing reference power supply, and its static output voltage and sensitivity do not change with the change of the power supply, and the sensitivity can be adjusted within the range of 0.6~22.4mV/Gs through programming. The chip also comes with a reference output, and users can easily use the differential output to interact with the ADC.
