MT9223 is an integrated current detection chip with built-in magnetic circuit specially developed for current detection applications. The built-in primary conductor resistance of 1.2mΩ can effectively reduce the heat generation of the chip. The integrated temperature compensation circuit inside the chip ensures excellent temperature characteristics in the entire operating temperature range. The chip has been calibrated for sensitivity and static (zero current) output voltage at the factory, providing a typical accuracy of ±1.5% over the full temperature range .
