MagnTek released a high precision programmable linear Hall IC--MT1531, which is an innovative upgraded product based on MagnTek linear Hall-effect sensing technology platform.


MT1531 series is based on CMOS technology. It can surviveoperating temperature range is from-40 ℃ to + 150 ℃ and it is of overvoltage protection capability up to 14V at Power Supply and Output. MT1531 could detect changes in the magnetic field of maximum ± 150mT range, and it can be applied to up to 2KHZ dynamic magnetic field change detection. The analog output voltage is linearly proportional to the magnetic field change.


MT1531 integrate a CMOS monolithic integrated circuit, with blocksincluding a Hall element, precision temperature compensation circuit whichis used to reduce the intrinsic sensitivity and offset drift, small-signal high-gain amplifier, proprietary dynamic offset cancellation circuit, efficient DSP, etc.MT1531 is of up to 12-bit resolution and strong temperature compensation capability, which can be applied to the application requiringhigh accuracy detection. MT1531 uses EEPROM for programming, supporting two points programming, which allows customers to repeatedly edit or correct programming data online, and it is easy to use, with high reliability.


MT1531 is designed for automotive and industrial markets. It could be widely used in all kinds of application, including automotive accelerator pedal position sensor, body height detection, adjustable headlights and new energy automotive or industrial current sensing, etc. MT1531 is available with SIP-4 and SOP-8 lead-free package and with 100% of matte tin lead frame plating to meet the needs of customers with different installation environment requirements,so it is suitable for highly automated production process.
