When the fan is started or locked, the voltage of the Hall power supply will drop to 2.8V instantaneously. If the IC can output high and low level waveforms at 2.8V, the motor will start smoothly, and the power supply voltage will rise to 12V. Therefore, the IC needs to ensure that the magnetic parameters maintain good consistency at 2.8V and 12V.

The Hall is placed at the corresponding position of the refrigerator door to sense the opening and closing angle of the refrigerator door.
