MT6818 is a new generation of magnetic angle encoder chip that is suitable for on-axis (On-Axis) applications and off-axis (Off-Axis) applications launched by MagnTek. It is based on anisotropic magnetoresistance (AMR) technology and proprietary The signal processing technology realizes the absolute angle measurement of 0~360°. MT6818 can be adapted to one pair of poles or multiple pairs of poles in off-axis applications. The width of the magnetic poles can be freely selected (>1mm). As the magnetic field parallel to the surface of the chip rotates, the chip will output the corresponding encoded angle signal At the same time, users can read the absolute angle data calculated inside the chip through the high-speed SPI interface.

MT6818 provides QFN3x3 package, which can output ABZ, UVW, PWM and SPI signals at the same time. It is widely used in various consumer and industrial fields such as motor position feedback control and rotation control.
