On the afternoon of December 13, 2019, the 10th anniversary celebration of Shanghai Magntek Microelectronics Inc.——Thanksgiving · Growth was grandly held in Shanghai Zhangjiang Onehome Art Hotel. At the party, Gleen Fang, CEO of MagnTek, was filled with emotion. He said that the 10 years of MagnTek had gone through many, many ordeals. It is very difficult for MagnTek to transform from a sales-oriented company to a product-oriented company today. But now, he's confident (MagnTek completed this year's sales plan in advance in September). He said that this event is not only celebrating the company's 10th anniversary, but also the starting point of MagnTek's next 10 years of struggle.

In his speech, Gleen Fang repeatedly emphasized "creating value" and encouraged all my colleagues to create value together to achieve the irreplaceability of MagnTek. He said that it is actually very simple: sales sincerely connect with customers, FAE carefully analyze customers' needs, product managers and marketing managers carefully summarize these needs, and discusse these needs with R & D to become future product routes, and then this process is continuously cyclical step by step. In the end, we will naturally be able to understand very deeply what our customers really need, what we can do can be different from others, and we can bring some value to our customers that makes them inseparable from us.

In his speech, Mr. Sun, CEO of QST, said that in China, the life cycle of small companies generally is less than 4 years. For a semiconductor company, the average is less than 6 years, and any company can live up to 10 years, and lived well for 10 years, and fully prepared for the next 10 years to live better, he considered it's a very great success, and congratulations to MagnTek for achieving this.

Mr. Sun is very optimistic about the development of MagnTek, and also mentioned that MagnTek is a leader in the magnetic sensor market segment, and it is now the golden decade of China's semiconductor development. The Internet of Things and sensor drive will become a very large market that's also a very good opportunity for MagnTek in the next 10 years.

Agent representatives also brought good news. As a Chinese semiconductor company, MagnTek has provided protection plans for a number of well-known domestic companies in the face of unpredictable conditions in the international market.

The interactive session of this party was also very exciting. Not only the hot dance performances of professional artists, but also the affectionate performances of MagnTek's staff, there were girl soloist, cross talk, snatche and choruse brought by Shanghai company, and Shenzhen company brought The Wild Wolf Disco dance ,etc.

There were also many “lay and win” interactive games at the party, such as Q4 birthday party, veteran awards (≥3 years), smashing golden eggs, draws (9 times), etc.,  Everyone was very happy.

During the lottery, many colleagues calmly stated that they were the winning insulators, but in the end they came to the stage to receive the prize. Even the hosts on the stage were lucky enough to win prizes. A colleague who joined this year said happily that after 20 years in the industry, it was the first time he won the prize  (and it was a big prize). The last award was fortunately taken away by an intern. Although it was accidental, it had a good meaning. Maybe he will be the backbone of the next 10 years.
