MagnTek· New product | MT9522, a new generation of current detection chip for photovoltaic inverters and vehicle chargers

The MT9522 chip is MagnTek's latest generation current detection chip, which is a fully integrated design based on Hall effect isolated linear current sensor chip.

| Product Introduction
The MT9522 series is a new generation of current sensor chips launched by MagnTek after the MT9222 series. Integrating the "current magnetic" conversion module into the chip, utilizing the Hall effect principle, and then converting the magnetic field into a voltage output signal proportional to the input current. And with a dielectric strength of 4800Vrms, "zero" hysteresis, overcurrent alarm function, and 2.2us response time, these characteristics are very suitable for various string photovoltaic inverters, car chargers, and other current detection applications, meeting AEC-Q100 requirements.
| Application Circuit
1. Customers can choose between two power versions: 3.3V and 5V
2. Customers can choose between two output modes: fixed output mode and proportional output mode
Any combination of the above two options
