The MT5301 supports three wire applications for various position detection sensors.

MT5301 is an integrated circuit capable of processing signals from various position sensors. It integrates LDO, signal processing module, drive and protection module.

The MT5301 provides protection against overcurrent, reverse voltage and overtemperature conditions.

The MT5301 offers MT5301DT-NPN and MT5301DT-PNP internal fixed output modes, with MT5301DT-NPN corresponding to the low-end drive and MT5301DT-PNP corresponding to the right drive.

The MT5301 package DFN 2X3-8L meets RoHS requirements.
