MagnTek· New product | conforms to AEC-Q100 open-loop current sensor chip MT951X to facilitate the application and design of automotive current sensor modules

The MT9511 provides proportional output relative to the power supply; The MT9512 provides a fixed output independent of the power supply, with a reference signal output, which can use either a single-ended output or a differential output mode to interact with the ADC or differential op amp. The MT951X series with external magnetic core (ferrite, silicon steel, nickel-iron) can be designed for applications that can sense currents from 0 to ±1500A and above.
The MT951X series is MagnTek's latest current sensor IC based on Hall induction technology specifically designed for current sensor module applications. Product features :1. User programmable 2.
