MT9522 series is a new generation current sensor chip launched by MagnTek after MT9222 series. The "current magnetic" conversion module is integrated in the chip, and the magnetic field is converted into a voltage output signal proportional to the input current using the Hall effect principle. It also has 4800Vrms dielectric strength, "zero" hysteresis, over-current alarm function and 2.2us response time, which are very suitable for various string photovoltaic inverter, vehicle charger and other current detection applications, meeting AEC-Q100 requirements.
