The MT9526 product series is an integrated design based on Hall effect isolated linear current sensor chip. The product is used for AC or DC current detection in industrial, commercial, and communication systems, and can replace photovoltaic energy storage current sensor modules to achieve small integrated design. Each MT9526 consists of a precise, low offset linear Hall circuit and a built-in low insertion resistance current conductor path. The applied current flowing through this low resistance current conductor path will generate a magnetic field, which the chip converts into a voltage signal output proportional to the input current. In order to effectively suppress the external common mode magnetic field, differential current detection technology is used in the design, thereby improving accuracy in magnetic noise environments. Improve the accuracy of the chip by optimizing the magnetic signal-to-noise ratio.

 

Based on the BCD process, low offset and chopper stable Hall chips can provide precise proportional voltage, which is precisely calibrated during manufacturing. When the applied current flows through the internal current conduction path (from pins 1 and 2 to pins 3 and 4), the output of the chip has a positive slope (>VOQ). The typical internal resistance value of this conductive path is 0.27m Ω, which achieves low energy consumption while providing greater current carrying capacity. The terminals (pins 1 to 4) of the conductive path are electrically isolated from the signal line (pins 5 to 12). This allows the MT9526 current sensor IC to be used in high-end current detection applications without the need for other expensive isolation technologies.

 

The MT9526 product series provides customers with thickened SOP-16WA packaging that meets RoHS requirements.
