MTC921 chip is MagnTek's latest generation of open-loop current sensor module based on Hall effect principle, which can be widely used in AC or DC current detection in industrial, commercial and communication systems.

| Product introduction
MTC921 consists of a linear Hall IC with high precision, low noise and low temperature drift, a magnetic core, and a current conductor path with a built-in low insertion resistance. The external current flowing through this low resistance current conductor path creates a collision field, which is converted by the chip into a voltage signal output proportional to the input current. Because the magnetic core is used inside the module, the interference of external common mode magnetic field on the module can be effectively suppressed, and the accuracy in magnetic noise environment can be improved.
