The MT613X series chip is a type of reluctance switch sensor IC that can detect magnetic fields parallel to the IC packaging. This chip is based on a single chip process, integrating AMR sensors and ASICs on a single chip, suitable for various applications in the industrial and automotive markets.

The MT613X series chips have been expanded and upgraded based on the Y-axis parallel induction of the MT611X series chips, allowing for induction in both the X-axis and Y-axis planes (also known as 2D induction), achieving 360 ° parallel induction function and stable magnetic sensitivity in all angles. Bop: ± 18/Brp: ± 13, two different operating frequencies (20Hz and 1KHz) are provided according to customer needs. The MT613X series has a wide sensing angle and strong magnetic sensitivity, and has been widely used in intelligent three meters to achieve anti magnetic theft attacks and flow counting functions; It is applied in both industrial and automotive liquid level gauges and can achieve liquid level detection function.

The IC includes a Wheatstone bridge with a magnetic film, a current regulator for operating at power voltages of 1.65V to 5.0V, a sleep/wake logic for low-power requirements, a small signal amplifier, a Schmitt trigger comparator with dynamic offset cancellation, and an output driver with two different options: push-pull output and open circuit output.

The MT613X series products offer SOT-23 packaging and comply with RoHS standards.
