MagnTek · New Product | Car grade high bandwidth and high precision parallel magnetic field induced current sensor-MT9519 series
MagnTek has launched a new car grade high bandwidth and high precision parallel magnetic field induction current sensor MT9519 series. With its ultra fast response speed and high precision within the working range, it is widely used in current detection scenarios such as vehicle drive motor inverters and battery management. At the same time, the MT9519 series has obtained AEC-Q100 certification, which has high reliability and can meet various vehicle level design requirements.
01Product Description
The MT9519 series is a current sensor chip that utilizes a built-in magnetic collector to detect parallel magnetic field induction. Traditional Hall technology is only sensitive to the magnetic flux density applied perpendicular to the chip surface. The sensor IC using HMD technology can make it only sensitive to the magnetic flux density applied parallel to the surface of the IC. This is achieved by placing two magnetic collectors on the chip. This chip is a highly integrated Hall sensor IC that provides an output signal proportional to the horizontally applied magnetic flux density, making it suitable for current measurement. Due to its small size and use of SOP-8 SMT packaging, it is very suitable as an open-loop current sensor for PCB or busbar installation. It is suitable for various current ranges from tens of amperes to one thousand amperes. The MT9519 series is user programmable in terms of current direction, magnetic field sensitivity gain, zero magnetic field signal output, and temperature compensation, making it very suitable for applications in vehicle inverters.
