MagnTek MT3641 is produced with Bi-CMOS technology. Its operating temperature range is from -40 ℃ to + 150 ℃, and it can operate stably over a wide voltage range of 3.5 ~ 24V. MT3641 can survive in complex automotiveenvironment, especially the 24 volt power supply commercial system.Complementary dual outputs aredesigned to guaranteethe low power consumptionof the system, reducing the complexity of the customer circuit design and the overall cost.
